TERRAIN: The terrain as you enter the ranch is gently sloping and studded with live oak trees. There is a main road that leads to the functional ranch house and barn. The wooded portion of the ranch consists mainly of live oak, Spanish oak, persimmon, and cedar trees making for some great terrain for game to hold in. As you continue driving to the S/W of the property you reach the canyon and the trail is drivable all the way down to a beautiful valley meadow that has huge trees giving you a completely different feel than any other portion of the ranch. You have to see this area to appreciate it. Wet weather creek at the base of the canyon is a Hwy for game to travel through. In the main area of the valley there is a spring that runs over a trickling waterfall into a nice sized pool of water running all the way to Indian Creek. Going up look out hill on the improved road the views just keep getting better and better about 3/4 of the way up the hill there is an out cropping that is a perfect place stop and take in the views.
